Heartland Educational Consortium is transitioning from holding their HEC DEC event for district leadership to HEC Leads! as our pre-conference event. This event will focus on school leadership and building future school leaders.
HEC is extending an invitation to four attendees from each school site. This could look like the Principal, Instructional Coach, and two teachers from their leadership team. There needs to be at least one school leader (principal or assistant principal) in attendance for the group to be able to participate.
This free event will be held at the Westin Cape Coral on Wednesday, June 12 from 10am to 2pm. Lunch will be provided.
